I'm loving the weather these days!!  It feels like spring and I hope it's here to stay!!  My favorite part of spring and summer is being able to be outside and feel the sun in my skin, growing up in Peru it's pretty warm all year long and while I enjoy the change of seasons, I definitely gravitate more toward warm tropical areas.  Wishing everyone a safe and great weekend and as always, thank you so much for stopping by the blog today and taking the time to read this post.

Estos dias el clima en esta ciudad esta bello!!  Ya se siente la primavers y no cabe duda que el verano esta a la vuelta de la esquina. Lo que mas me gusta de estas dos estaciones es el poder disfrutar de la naturaleza, ir a caminar, sentarse en alguna banca y sentir el sol en tu piel!  Con ella tambien viene que em encantan los colores fuertes y vivos de muchas prendas! Espero que tengan un lindo fin de semana y una vez mas muchisimas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de leer este articulo y de visitor el blog.

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
