Dramatic Sleeves :: Date Night Attire

Hey guys!  Hope you are having a wonderful week!  I wore this bell sleeve dress over the weekend for a date night with Todd to celebrate a friends birthday and it was a hit!  When I first purchased the dress I was not sure how it would look ( the gal modeling it on the website does not do this dress justice) however, once I received it and tried it on I loved it!  I love how simple the dress is in itself, yet the dramatic sleeves with the off the shoulder detail are what makes this dress stand out.  It's feminine and sexy all in one and I love that it can be worn for any occasion, I'm sure I will be wearing some knee high boots with this little number later this winter.

A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! A Summer Basic :: Plus 5 Bomber Jackets I'm Currently Loving

Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
