Happy Friday!! Feliz Viernes!! How is everyone??  It's been overcast skies here in KC most of the week and that will continue through the weekend with temperatures dropping a little.  Therefore, it was a great excuse to pull out my " biker" jacket.  I call it that because I feel it has that motorcycle style, at least, that is what I think about when I see it.  I love that this jacket can be paired with anything from dresses, like seen here , skirts, shorts, jeans, I mean anything!  It's even great to travel with, many times the plane can be cold so a piece like this will never go out of style and like I said will most likely be a winner. Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! Hi everyone!  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  It was gorgeous here in KC so we definitely took advantage of the weather.  Went to dinner with family and friends,  walked around the neighborhood, played outside and even went for a run!  We love being outside, I'm sure Ashton gets that from both of us because he is definitely an outdoor baby!  Saturday evening, we went to the Plaza for dinner and as I was trying to figure out what to wear, this little romper jumped at me mainly because it's so comfortable and easy to breastfeed out of.  Since I'm still breastfeeding, I normally have to wear pieces that I can easily breastfeed out off.  Let me just say, I got so many complements out of this one!!  The ruffles at the bottom of the shorts give it that extra feminine touch to complement the floral pattern and the bell sleeves are an added plus. Happy Thursday!! It's Thursday and I can't wait until the weekend!  This week started off a little rough for me, Monday afternoon I started feeling a little sick after having had lunch at a local restaurant in town and by the end of the day I realized I had food poisoning :(  It was no good, I felt so nauseas and light headed and the worst part was that Ashton broke out in hives from this.  I'm still nursing him so whatever I had he got and it truly wiped us out. It wasn't until yesterday mid day that I started feeling a little better.  I'm glad it wasn't anything terribly serious and that both Ashton and I are feeling so much energized and better. Hi everyone!!  Hope everyone had a great weekend!!  I flew back from Peru over the weekend and I have a long " honey to do list"!  Traveling is always hard for me because, I'm actually scared of planes!!  Yes!  I hate turbulence, it truly gets me sick, so with that said, having my son traveling with me was scary not only because he is still 7 months old but also because of my fear of planes.  Thank God for my sister who traveled with me and was a HUGE help while we were visiting family.  It was great to see my mom and some family who got to meet Ashton for the first time!  We had a great time, despite the heat ( it was hot and humid every morning up until 4ish when the sun started to go down) and most homes do not have air conditioning!  I want to say I don't know a single home that does!  So you can imagine after living in America for 16 years.....air condit...

Feliz Lunes Hi everyone!!  Hope you had a wonderful weekend!  This week is going to be a little hectic for me, I'm not sure if I shared with you all that I will be traveling to Peru at the end of the week to visit my family and for them to meet Ashton!  I'm very excited but also very nervous because this will be Ashton's first time on a plane and the flight will be all and all about a 10 hour ordeal with 7 of those hours spent on one plane!!  Wish me luck, please! Lol!  I'm sure it will be fine and babies traveling all the time so I will not be the first mom traveling with a baby who might scream or get fussy. It's Friday!! Feliz Viernes!! TGIF!! I'm definitely glad the weekend is here!!  This week has been a little crazy around here, my husband was out of town for work and when he is gone I'm 100% with Ashton and it can be stressful at times.  The last couple of weeks, Ashton has been teething so Monday night he was up crying quite often and it was heart breaking for me because I could not console him.  I offered him a teether and that helped him calm down and eventually go back to bed.  So because of the teething he just wants to be held most of the time, therefore, my house is a complete mess, I get behind on laundry and even running errands is a nightmare because he hates being in his car seat more than 10 minutes!  Hence, why I'm so glad the week is over!! I have to apologize for having my garage as the background on so many of my pictures but the honest truth is that many times we don' have time...
