Happy Monday Feliz Lunes!! Happy Monday everyone!  Hope you had a great weekend!  I'm loving this maxi pleated skirt, it's so comfortable.  I'm not much of a pink person ( it might not seem like that as of my latest posts) however, lately soft hues of pink have been in my radar.  The length on this skirt was a little long so I had to pair it with some major platform heels so that I would not continuously step on.  I also want to mention that it does run a little small so I ordered one size up. I just think it's a great transition piece thank can be paired with any top and either flats or heels depending on the look you are going for. I'm so excited for spring to be here that I will be doing a series of posts the next couple days with spring inspired outfits and to start this series off I have to say I absolutely love this blush ruffled dress!!  It's got a fun and flirty style to it, great for a night out with girlfriends or your love, even Easter brunch would be great in this little number!  For the cool breezy spring evenings I would pair it with a short cardigan or even a cropped blazer and some cute open toe heels! It's the last week in February and I'm sooo looking forward to March!!  I love everything about March madness, the feeling that we are a step closer to spring and with that comes the changes in the flowers and tress.  I love seeing everything turning green and blossoming around us! We got a little bit of a teaser this weekend with the weather, it was beautiful here in Kansas City. It felt like spring and that inspired me to do this post showcasing this colorful A line skirt.  I love mixing colors and playing with different textures, when pairing this skirt I felt like the delicate lace on the top was just what the outfit needed. TGIF, this week has been a little crazy over here!  Friday is probably my favorite day of the week, it's the end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend!!  With my husband been out of town for work this week, being home with the baby without a break made my days super long!  However, while the days are long the years are short and my little cub is growing so fast it makes me sad.  I cherish every moment I have with him and I'm so blessed to be able to spend my days with him.  These pictures was taken on one of our outings, we just dressed up and went on a date. How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! A couple of my to go pieces seem to always be a trench coat and denim top.  This fall and winter I found myself combining them with everything I could, leather skirts, jeans and leggings.  It was an easy way to be comfortable yet feel right on trend.
