Happy Thursday!!  Feliz Jueves!! Just a quick hello!   Ever since I have lived in Kansas, I'm amazed at how late the sun sets during the summer time.  There are nights in July when it's literally 9:30 pm and the sun is just starting to hide.  I have never seen that in Peru!!  I ran out the other night around 8:30 to grab some ice cream and it was such a beautiful night....the sun was just starting to set.  It was so breezy, no humidity....just perfect and I happened to have this dress on that I bought on my last trip to Peru; since I'm obsessed with floral prints right now I wanted to share it with you.   Thank you for stopping by and reading today!! Happy Wednesday Everyone!! Feliz Miercoles!! Espero que esten teniendo un lindo dia! I hope everyone is having a good week!  I bough this romper a couple weeks ago at my favorite boutique in town 'Addie Rose' and I can't believe it took me this long to wear it.  It is so comfortable and fresh!!  I love the nautical pattern....gives me the feeling of being somewhere in a yacht club or close to a marina.  I was hesitant at first to purchase a medium because I figured it would be too big, however, I didn't want the shorts to be too high and risk showing something inappropriate if I bought a small, so, I ended up going with the medium.  It has been a great fit,  the shorts are a perfect length and it fits loose giving me that extra space to feel the breeze and stay cool. Happy Friday Everyone!! The return of black and white in a striped dress turned skirt. Lately I have this obsession with black and white combinations.  The weather this past week has been kind of gloomy here and it called for some summer sweaters and knits.  As I was heading out the door the other day, I felt a little chilly and ran back to grab a sweater and  ended up turning my dress into a maxi skirt.  I felt so comfortable in this outfit and what I liked the most was it felt so effortless. Happy Wednesday!! I hope everyone is having a great week!  I want to apologize for not having a post on Monday.  I was having website issues and thankfully they have been fixed. I will try and make it up to you guys and have another post this Friday and Saturday.  I love the combination of black and white, not too long ago I did a post with a stripped dress in black and white, this time I wanted something more casual.  I added a pop of color with some neon flats and purse to my Sunset Drive outing. It was such a casual day, we had lunch outside, walked through the shops and even grabbed a little coffee and dessert. Feliz Viernes!!   I hope everyone had a good week!!  I'm looking forward to the weekend, being out of town has definitely put me a little out of 'wack'.  These set of pictures were probably my favorite ones.  The sun was getting ready to hide and we were up in the hills of Malibu and it was so beautiful.  I truly felt I was close to heaven. We kept driving and driving and I just knew if we kept going up we would be there.  It was truly a dream. Hello!!  Happy Wednesday!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!  I'm sorry I didn't have a post on Monday, I was still in LA and to be honest I was a little under the weather.  Needless to say, I was unable to do much the last two days trying to get better so I could come back home.  I got home last night and my day is already chaotic and busy with millions of things on the "To do list".  However, I wanted to share with you these pictures that were taken at "El Matador Beach" in Malibu.  It was so beautiful that day, the water was cold but it felt so good to walk in the sand and feel the ocean breeze.  I always feel so peaceful and very free when I'm near the ocean.  Those of you living a place like this, are very lucky.  It was absolutely gorgeous. My mom traveled with me over this holiday and I wanted to share a picture of us walking through the beach....we had a great time.  Thank you ...
