Peplum & Lace : Spring Nature

Happy Wednesday!


 

Hola!! Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a great Wednesday!  We have had some really nice weather here in Kansas City and therefore, I felt like pulling out the white shorts! Yikes! I have always gone by the rule of not wearing white bottoms until after Memorial Day, however there are exceptions to the rule. :)  I know that black and white is very in right now, but I like to add pops of color sometimes to certain outfits to create a different combination. When pairing these shorts I wanted something fun with a little bit of color and so I picked this peplum. I fell in love with this lace peplum, it truly is beautiful on. The detail of the lace around the neck is so feminine and sophisticated. The back is very sexy yet tasteful, allowing you to look sexy and pretty all in one.

A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! A Summer Basic :: Plus 5 Bomber Jackets I'm Currently Loving

Happy Monday! Feliz Lunes!! Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
