Transition: Booties and Cardigans

Buenos Dias!



I hope everyone is having a good day!  I have been trying not to wear too many spring layers, even though the weather calls for them.  I have found these two cardigans to be great for all day wear.  This first one with the brown tones is extremely soft and comfortable. The double collar detail, gives the cardigan a more sophisticated look.  The second one is my favorite!! I can see myself wearing this all year round, running errands during the day, grabbing ice cream at nights and even on the plane when I have to fly home. The detail of the tiger on the back is what makes this cardigan so chic, yet edgy.  I live in it!! 


The purse and booties have been my favorite items this winter and spring.  They came from my favorite boutique in town 'Addie Rose Boutique'.  They have the cutest things at great prices, which makes it all that better to venture into their store a couple times a week!!  Bad habit!! I love the owner, she is always so kind and helpful and has the sweetest smile greeting you the minute you walk in.

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! A Summer Basic :: Plus 5 Bomber Jackets I'm Currently Loving

Happy Monday! Feliz Lunes!! Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
