Hi everyone!  How was your weekend?  We had a very busy weekend, however, it turned out to be very nice and the best part was being with family and friends that are like family.  I love Easter brunch, now that I have Ashton, holidays are that much more special because I get to experience it with him.  I wore this outfit on Friday seeing that I had several errands to run and taking advantage of the weather....here in the Midwest one day it's warm and sunny and the next cold and dreary and the next snow!! Ha! That was literally our weekend!! I love this new trend that showcases the shoulders, I think it's very sexy and feminine and the flowy aspect of this top gives it a fresh look!  I'm definitely crushing over this top right now!!

Espero que su Domingo de Pascua haya estado lleno de amor y en especial que lo hayn celebrado con la familia y aquellos seres queridos.  Para mi los feriados y dias festivos se han vuelto mucho mas especiales desde que nacio mi hijo porque me encanta celebrarlo con el y ver a traves de sus ojos la experiencia de ver por primera vez las cosas.  Justo el Viernes Santo use este look ya que tenia varios mandados que hacer y este top es muy freso y comodo.  Ahora que esta muy de moda el estilo de dejarse los hombros descubiertos me atrevi a experimentar con esta blusa y me encanta!  Es definitivamente una de mis favoritas en estos momentos.  a ustedes que tal les parece?

A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
