Hi everyone, hope your week is off to a good start!  This is my first post of 2016, having a 5 month old has really changed my life and I now realize how precious time is.  Not only because there are not enough hours in the day to get things done, but also because time goes by so fast.  I have definitely enjoyed being home with my little guy and getting my mommy time in, however, I was eager to get back to blogging.  A couple years ago when I decided to start a fashion blog I did it because I really enjoy fashion and I wanted to have a space that I could share with others that enjoy it just as much as I do.  I love the different styles and combinations you can create with different pieces.







Thank you so much for visiting the page today and taking the time to read this post.  I appreciate so much the following through these years.  I hope we can continue to share this space and inspire one another.

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! A Summer Basic :: Plus 5 Bomber Jackets I'm Currently Loving

Happy Monday! Feliz Lunes!! Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
