Happy Tuesday, guys!!  I know everyone is excited and hipped up for the Nordstrom sale....I have to confess, I don't own a Nordstrom card because I never felt the need to get one so I have not had the early access perk, however I plan on having a post with my favorite items once it's open to the public.  In the meantime, have you checked out the Anthropologie sale??? After all, we do have almost 2 more months of this heat and sunshine annnnnd the best part is that you can take an extra 30% off the tagged sale price!! They have some of the cutest dresses on sale including this one, perfect for a summer night.  I actually liked the fit and style so much I bought it in this color too. It's super comfortable and such a pretty color, especially with a tan.  I originally bought a small and then went back to get an XS because it was a little loose, so I would recommend you size down if you like things to be a little more fitted.

A Romance with Lace

Happy Monday!! Feliz Lunes!! How was everyone's weekend??  We had a great family weekend and Valentine's Day.  I love spending time with my two loves, they just make my heart smile.  This post was inspired by Valentine's Day because I have always found lace to be a very feminine and romantic.  Personally, I'm very drawn to tops and dresses that have lace in them or are made from it, so when I spotted this top I loved it and the bonus part was it's also cropped!  However, I do have to say, I normally wear a small but in this case I ordered a medium so that it would fit me a little longer and not so cropped.  Since the temperatures have been pretty chilly around here, instead of a skirt I paired it with these bell bottom pants to stay warm.  In the end I loved the classy style the top gave the outfit! Hey guys!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I'm all about a cute, basic, little black dress....because as we all know you can never go wrong with black.  I know that summer time is all about the white dress and the lighter hues, but I love to have a basic go to black dress that can work in case I'm out of options. I love how this dress, which also comes in two other colors, is fit on the top and then it flares out at the bottom giving it a fun and relaxed style.  I also love the eyelet pattern on it because it's a more casual look and great to pair with wedges, flats, or a bomber jacket, like I did here.
