Happy New Year!! Feliz Ano Nuevo!! Hoping everyone had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you a very happy and prosperous New Year!!  This past week I have been spending time with my little family and I have truly enjoyed it!  There is something about the holidays when you get to hang around the house, go on a late lunch date, and just enjoy being with family.  The time I have with my family is priceless and the best gift I receive every day.  The daily news does a good job at reminding me of how short life is and how we should enjoy every minute we have with those we love and hug them tighter every chance we get.  Amongst my New Years resolutions is to be more in the NOW moment, or to enjoy my time with loved ones and save the Instagram or Facebook post for later.  Nothing is more important than the time we have NOW. I'm so grateful for 2016, as it brought new experiences, created new memories, and it taught us ...

A Christmas Story..... Hey guys!  Christmas is almost here and I'm so excited and look forward to spending time with my family and loved ones.  It truly is my favorite time of the year and it's so meaningful now because I have Ashton.  Seeing his little eyes light up and smile when he sees Christmas lights, a tree lit up, the ornaments and wanting to help wrap all the gifts......it makes my heart smile.  To me, Christmas is all about family and being surrounded by those whom you love sharing laughter, happiness and making endless memories.  I wanted to stop by the blog today and wish you a Merry Christmas!!  I hope you have a wonderful holiday filled with joy and may all your wishes come true.  Thank you for all the support this year and for being a part of my life through this blog.  Being able to connect with so many of you through your comments and emails has made this year even more special. ...

Hey guys, hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!  It was a bitter cold one here in KC!  Saturday we ran our last Christmas errands and Sunday....well, we never left the house!  It was so cold,  it literally hurt your face to be outside for more than 2 minutes!  It made me miss our trip to Scottsdale even more!
